Mountain and trekking lovers can climb the most beautiful and most active Bali’s volcano – Gunung Batur (1717m). Just after midnight leave we resort Relax Bali by bus and ca. 1 hour later we start walking through jungle just with torch and mountain-guide to place where acc. to Balinese belief the gods reside in. In pleasant fresh night air you will walk the clinker path to volcano peak. After two hours long climbing you will be award with sunrise view – the orange tropical rising sun over the highest Lombok’s mountain Gunung Rinjani, followed by plentiful breakfast on the crater edge with hot Balinese coffee or Javanese tea. After the rest and refreshment you walk in the most beautiful daybreak to smoky crater Batur. Here the best view is waiting for you – volcano moonscape in steam mist of the morning. INTERESTING: In local hot springs you can cook egg in couple of minutes. After enough sightseeing we start descent.
