Currents in Bali
We will guide you safely through dives in currents
The sites listed lokality are just a sample from the many excellent diving spots in Bali. Some of them have currents. The strength of these currents depends on the relative positions of the Moon and Earth, which determines the tides and consequently the current strength.
A good guide takes these factors into account and chooses sites accordingly, matching the abilities of the weakest diver in the group. Any other approach is a mistake! Our instructors place great emphasis on following diving rules, buddy teamwork, and the dive plan. A surface marker buoy is mandatory.
When all of the above is respected, diving in currents in Bali is as safe as skiing in Kvilda in the Šumava mountains.
