Breath-Hold Diving – Freediving
Dive on a single breath and discover a new world.
Our Czech Freediving Instructors, FII certified, will teach you the basics of freediving and breathing techniques for breath-holding.
Especially for those with no prior experience, we also offer an introductory session called the "Freediving Window."
In just three hours with us, you’ll master the basic techniques that you can then practice while swimming in the sea right in front of the resort.
The techniques include static apnea — together, we’ll prove that by the end of the course, your breath-hold time can approximately double.
